Vuokko Väisänen joined Grant Thornton in 2017, and she is part of our tax team in Helsinki. Vuokko is focused on serving our international clients specializing in cross-border tax and employee mobility. Vuokko advises clients regularly on questions relating to corporate taxation, restructurings and tax reporting.
Vuokko has over 10 years of experience in personal and corporate tax consultancy both for listed companies and family business. She has also been involved in various tax due diligence assignments and has experience of M&A tax and corporate law advisory.
Before joining Grant Thornton, Vuokko gained experience in an international audit firm working with wide range of international tax matters and payroll taxes.
