Grant Thornton advised financial due diligence process for Verso Capital Oy as it acquired parts of Schneider Electric.
Nordic private equity firm Verso Capital acquired the Building Managing System (BMS) as well as Fire and Safety (F&S) business operations in Sweden, Finland and Norway from Schneider Electric.
With the acquisition, the BMS and F&S business operations in Sweden, Finland and Norway now form a new and independent leading Nordic operator, combining BMS and F&S operations.
The transaction is dependent on authority approval and it is expected to get approval during the first quarter of 2026.
