Grant Thornton advised financial due diligence process for Sallilla Energia Oy as it transferred its electricity retail business to Omavoima Oy.
Omavoima Oy acquired the electricity retail operations from Sallila Energia Oy. Sallila Energia became a shareholder of Omavoima Oy as part of the transaction. Following the acquisition, Omavoima Oy is now among the ten largest electricity providers in Finland. The transition of electricity retail will be done before 1.5.2026.
Through the transaction, Sallila Energia Oy strengthens the execution of its core strategy of operating as a local, high-quality service provider offering reliable products and services to its customers.
