Grant Thornton advised financial and tax due diligence processes for Hanza AB as it acquired Milectria Oy and Milectria OÜ.
The deal involved Milectria´s contract development division, including defense and industrial segments. The segments contain business operations within Finland, Estonia and the United Arab Emirates.
