Miika works as a Tax Manager at Grant Thornton Finland and is responsible for assignments related to international personal taxation, advance collection and employer obligations. He also works with restructuring and advance rulings as well as supports clients in planning and implementation of various incentive schemes.
Miika has worked in the field of international personal taxation for the past eight years. During this time, he has extensively assisted both domestic and foreign companies in clarifying cross-border tax obligations. He has regularly been involved in the planning of corporate restructurings and the assessment of their tax implications. He also has strong experience in preparing emigration plans for HNWI individuals.
In addition to this, Miika has assisted firms with reporting of various incentive schemes, prepared related guidelines for employees and conducted information sessions on incentive programs.
