Jan-Erik joined Grant Thornton in 2012 and became partner in 2015. He is responsible for tax services and transaction tax in Finland.
He has over 15 years of experience in tax services including corporate and payroll tax, M&A tax services and structuring as well as on advisory of owner managed business.
Jan-Erik has experience in domestic and international corporate tax consultancy, as well as in numerous tax transactions. He is specialized in corporate taxation assignments but has also gained significant experience in managing of outsourced payroll services.
He has worked as tax auditor within the Finnish Tax Administration, as well as gained experience in individual taxation. While working at an international audit firm for over five years, Jan-Erik consulted several Finnish listed companies in their income tax matters.
